Our Vision and Your Host
The NS First Responders’ Mental Health Conference is in keeping with our vision to ensure first responders and their families have the support they need to understand, navigate and manage the potential for, and impact of work-related trauma in their lives.
Delivered by the First Responders Steering Committee, this conference will provide first responders and their employers an opportunity to hear from and network with each other and experts in the field of mental health and traumatic psychological injury.

Who is this Conference For?
This conference will offer dynamic presentations and learning opportunities for first responders and other front line emergency service workers; and the people who employ them. The employer program stream will also appeal to anyone interested in learning more about how to provide a psychologically safe workplace for their employees.
